Logomo, the leading event and cultural venue located in Turku, Finland, has been chosen by London-based company FRAMELESS as the location for its first ever venue outside of London.
Licensing the content from three of FRAMELESS’ immersive galleries for its summer residency, the artworks will be reworked into specially curated art experiences across two Galleries. As part of the experience a new interactive floor will be installed in Logomo’s existing Move 5D space, equipped with sensor-based touch design technology created specifically for the experience. In addition, a large temporary gallery will be purpose-built to house the summer residency. Working closely with FRAMELESS’ Creative team, the Logomo team will benefit from world-leading immersive expertise in the creation of the new Experience.
The multi-award-winning FRAMELESS immersive art experience will be in residency at Logomo from 8 June to 30 August 2026, offering visitors a unique, multi-sensory way to experience art while being fully surrounded by works inspired by some of the world’s greatest masterpieces. The experience uses state-of-the-art projection, sound and spatial technologies, transforming Logomo’s premises into a highly immersive art environment.
The experience will feature works by world-renowned artists such as Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, Salvador Dalí, Rembrandt van Rijn, Katsushika Hokusai, Georges Seurat, Edvard Munch and J.M.W. Turner, among others. The final artistic curation will be confirmed closer to the opening.
“Since opening in 2022 our ambition has always been to take the FRAMELESS Experience into other markets, allowing visitors globally to enjoy some of the world’s most iconic artworks in ways never seen before. Logomo is an outstanding venue with a strong shared vision and ambition for this project, showing how the FRAMELESS immersive art experience can be adapted in a powerful and creative way for different cultural spaces,” says Richard Relton, CEO FRAMELESSS.
