FYTE Hospitality Announce Open-Fire Concept

The team behind Dubai’s handroll bar concept Kokoro, FYTE Hospitality, is set to launch its second concept, ‘Window’, in January 2026.

Located in the creative hub of Alserkal Avenue, the new opening leans into the group’s signature ethos of premium-casual, alcohol-free dining – but this time with a sharper focus on live-fire cooking, craft and community.

Rooted in simplicity and soulful execution, Window will be a chef-driven neighbourhood spot with limited seating, designed to foster connection over spectacle. The concept introduces a menu built around seasonality, smoke and minimal intervention – bringing a quiet but refined approach to fire-based cooking. Guests can expect a rotating selection of embers-charred vegetables, flame-grilled meats and smoke-infused plates prepared with precision.

“Window is not performative; it is quietly expressive,” says the team. “A place where neighbours meet, where the pace slows and where food is prepared with care.”

The design, too, reflects this intention. The interiors are shaped by natural textures, warm woods and tactile surfaces. A central hearth anchors the space, casting gentle smoke and ambient light across stone counters – echoing the ember-like palette and considered restraint. According to FYTE Hospitality, stepping into Window is “like entering a quiet moment of stillness in the city”.
