The LA-born yoghurt café, bar and lifestyle brand, will make its debut in the country on London’s South Molton Street on Saturday 11July.
Imported Greek yogurt sits at the heart of the menu, handcrafted using traditional recipes and inspired by the Greek concept of Meraki – creating with passion and purpose. More than a traditional Greek yogurt brand, it champions nutrient-dense, functional food guided by the Mediterranean philosophy of intentional living and eating. It offers a range of fresh and build-your-own frozen Greek yogurt bowls, including vegan options, finished with more than 30 sweet and savoury toppings.
Qualified nutritionist Kristen Stavridis (BSc Hons) who is partnering with Go Greek Yogurt for its London opening said: “As a nutritionist, I consider Greek yogurt to be one of the best health foods out there. […] As someone who is half Greek myself, I’m usually very picky about my Greek yogurts, but I’m happy to say that Go Greek Yogurt passes the test and I’m so looking forward to having something like this come to London to allow people more opportunities to enjoy this nutrient-dense food.”
Founded in LA in 2012 by Tanja Murgel-Subotic, her husband David Subotic and business partner Jonathan Williams, Go Greek Yogurt was inspired by Tanja’s experiences in Greece and a desire to bring the country’s culture of natural ingredients, mindful eating and community to the US. The brand has since grown across the United States and the Middle East, earning a loyal following that includes celebrities such as Gigi Hadid, Jennifer Aniston and the Kardashians. Its London opening marks an exciting new chapter for the brand as it brings its Mediterranean-inspired menu closer to its roots for the first time.
