After years of building a loyal following online and across delivery platforms, Good Burger is stepping into bricks and mortar.
The Dubai-born burger brand will open its first permanent location at DAMAC Mall this March, marking a major milestone for the fast-growing home-grown concept.
Founded by Luma and Haider of HL FOOD – the family-run hospitality group behind Maiz Tacos – Good Burger launched in 2020 during the Covid period as a passion project. What began in Haider’s home kitchen, where he spent years refining his signature beef blend for family and friends, quickly evolved into one of the city’s most talked-about burger brands.
Encouraged by repeat demand and strong word-of-mouth, the duo formalised the concept, translating their carefully crafted builds into a scalable operation. Since launch, Good Burger has built significant online traction and, in 2024, secured the Best Burger title at the What’s On Dubai Awards.
The physical space has been designed by FNArchitects, translating the brand’s modern-retro digital personality into a confident, design-led environment. The aesthetic aims to balance nostalgic comfort with a contemporary edge – mirroring the product itself.
