Guests can experience the exquisite offerings of Haute Dolci’s brand-new kiosk store when it opens at Brent Cross this month.
Visitors to Brent Cross are soon to be experiencing Haute Dolci’s signature dessert theatre, indulgence and visual craft, as the brand prepares to open its first Dolci Mono kiosk in London this month.
Featuring the brand’s exclusive hero product, the Dolci Bar, the Brent Cross Dolci Mono will open at 12pm on Saturday, 11July 2026 and will hold a separate launch event on Saturday, 18 July 2026, where the first 500 guests on this date will receive a complimentary Dolci Bar experience.
The Dolci Mono is a fast-paced, theatre-led kiosk model designed specifically for high-traffic retail and travel destinations. It captures the brand’s signature elegance and indulgence, distilled into a compact, interactive concept built for the modern consumer.

The Dolci Mono offers an immersive experience for crafting desserts, allowing guests to create their own masterpiece from start to finish.
Inspired by the personalisation trend made famous by global dessert concepts, the Dolci Bar is perfect for on-the-go indulgence. Guests choose their ice cream bar, watch it whilst it’s dipped in flowing Belgian chocolate, then they can dress it with toppings and finish it with a signature drizzle, creating a made-before-you dessert designed for both indulgence and visual theatre.
Along with the Dolci Bars, the Dolci Mono will also serve signature waffle bites, bold Matcha drinks, show-stopping hot chocolates, French-style mono pâtisseries, chocolate-dipped strawberries and mini versions of its viral Matilda and San Sebastian cakes.
