On April 13, Hering opened its megastore at Shopping Piracicaba, its third megastore in the interior of São Paulo. According to the company, the new space of 450 square meters had an investment of more than R$ 3 million.
Responsible for the operation in Piracicaba is Cia Marcas, a Hering franchisee in Brazil with 39 units in different regions and around 300 employees. “Piracicaba is a very important regional hub in the interior of São Paulo. We evaluated the region and understood that our project would contemplate an audience that seeks a differentiated experience. In other words, not only comfort when dressing, but also convenience when buying”, explains the director of Cia Marcas and a Hering franchisee for over 30 years, Arlindo Lima.
With the local inauguration, Piracicaba joins cities like São Paulo, São Bernardo do Campo, Uberlândia, Ribeirão Preto, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, São Caetano do Sul, Blumenau, Porto Alegre, Londrina, Campo Grande and São Luís, squares that already have Hering megastores.
Among the megastore’s differentials is a lounge for shopping breaks and the Gift Station, an area for wrapping gifts, as well as an “open front” at the entrance. “It’s a much more attractive style of environment, creating the perception that the store is open to everyone. The interior luminosity, reminiscent of daylight, conveys the idea of an extremely solar brand that celebrates outdoor life,” says Lima.
