Dubai’s dining scene is set for a taste of Manhattan with the launch of Hudson & Rye, billed as the UAE’s first authentic New York-style deli, at DIFC Square.
Opening on 30 June, the concept is being introduced through a collaboration between Hudson & Rye and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), bringing a traditional New York delicatessen experience to the heart of Dubai’s financial district.
Created by a team of New Yorkers and inspired by the iconic deli culture of Manhattan, the venue aims to recreate the food, atmosphere and neighbourhood feel that have defined New York’s most famous delicatessens for generations.
Hudson & Rye takes its name from the Hudson River and rye bread, a staple ingredient in traditional deli sandwiches. The restaurant will operate seven days a week and serve classic dishes associated with New York’s delicatessen culture.
