A fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management has acquired an office portfolio consisting of 3 properties located in Greater Munich, Dusseldorf and Dortmund, from Aspen Real Estate Investments.
The properties were built between 2008 and 2014, have a total lettable area of 48,000m² and are fully let. The transaction was originated and advised by Tagor Group. J.P. Morgan Asset Management was advised by Hengeler Mueller and Ernst & Young. The purchase price was not disclosed.
