The Dubai-based artisan bakehouse is set to open this year in the Saudi capital. Kayu specialises in French desserts made from natural ingredients.
Intrigued by the name? Kayu means a patient meticulous person who enjoys working in a detailed and systematic way. Fittingly, the artisan bakery is dedicated to creating unique sweets in a variety of flavours and textures.
On the Kayu Bakehouse Riyadh menu, we’re hoping to see the signature Animation Citron. The pastry has a Middle Eastern twist with the lemon cream and zesty lemon crumble formed into an airy meringue mousse.
