This opening strengthens LHG’s offering in Italy, following the recent launch of property in Milan and is in line with the Spanish hospitality group’s expansion plans across Europe.

It utilises a new operating model based on customer experience and technology as its cornerstones for a seamless stay.

The property, owned by Fincap SRL, has been renovated preserving the original façade, following the city’s urban planning and heritage regulations. Inside Líbere has applied its characteristic design approach creating functional yet comfortable spaces for a practical, contemporary experience. It has 18 one- and two-bedroom apartments designed for both business travellers and tourists looking for flexible and well-connected urban stays in the city.

Located at Via degli Ausoni, 33, in the San Lorenzo neighbourhood, the new property is just a few minutes from Roma Termini station, one of Europe’s main railway hubs and a key connection to Fiumicino airport. The location allows guests to walk to some of the city’s main cultural attractions, such as the Roman Forum, the Colosseum and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore popular with visitors.

Niccolò Pravettoni, Head of Business Development at LHG Italia, highlights that: “The launch of this asset in Rome is a natural step in our expansion in Italy. It is a strategic location that fits in very well with our serviced apartment model, which is geared towards efficient, well-connected urban stays with quality services.”

With this opening, Líbere Hospitality Group continues to expand its network of assets in Europe, with more than 1,000 units in operation internationally and more than 2,300 units in its portfolio in total. It is moving towards its goal of operating in the continent’s major capitals, employing a model based on operational efficiency and proprietary technology in prime urban locations.
