Situated inside its flagship store in Seoul at Apgujeong, the new café was designed in-house and conceived as a lively destination for shoppers and visitors to feel surrounded by and immersed in an atmosphere of cultural inspiration.
Just as they embark on a culinary journey, the diverse range of books offers them an imaginative escape, one filled with creativity, exploration and inspiration. Yet the list is expansive as top chef Anthony Yoon also added a curation of culinary books.
Additionally, there are publications from the ever-expanding Louis Vuitton Editions. The menu lists a harmonious blend of sweet and savoury dishes, incorporating Korean-infused flavours alongside signature creations from St.-Tropez and Paris.
Highlights include the Yuzu Cesar Salad Eclipse, the original Louis Vuitton Signature Cesar Salad twisted with a yuzu dressing, the Beef Monogram Mandus – a delicate interpretation of the traditional Korean dumplings filled with beef and paired with a soy and sesame broth and the Korean Peach Charlotte as a nod to both Seoul and the French heritage.
