Louis Vuitton Opens New York Pop-Up

The new pop-up store in New York’s SoHo district has been opened under the brand’s temporary ‘residence’ concept.

The new residence store will house a collection of sunglasses, jewellery and sneakers that have been designed by Virgil Abloh, men’s Creative Director. Next week, on July 9, the space will roll out the brand’s men’s fall 2021 collection, previewing ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and gifts at the pop-up.

The eye-catching space features a bold, bright purple exterior and an interior with a gradient that transitions from rose to yellow to green and blue. Upon entering the space, customers will find accessories displayed along the walls, tables and on trunks, whilst monochromatic mannequins will also be featured throughout the space.

This pop-up installation, which is called Walk in the Park, was first hosted by the brand in Paris. Prior to opening this installation in New York, Louis Vuitton hosted temporary residencies on the Lower East Side of New York in 2019 and SoHo in 2020.
