Chinese chain Luckin Coffee has passed an expansion milestone, with its global store network now exceeding 35,000 locations.
The milestone reflects Luckin’s continued rapid scaling across its domestic base and international footprint, reinforcing its position as one of the world’s largest coffee and beverage retail networks by store count.
The expansion underscores Luckin’s aggressive rollout strategy, built on high-density urban coverage, standardised store formats and a tech-driven operating model designed for rapid deployment and high-throughput service.
The latest milestone follows the opening of the company’s 30,000th store in February, which was marked by the launch of a new ‘Origin Flagship’ format in Shenzhen. The two-storey site spans around 420sq m and represents a shift beyond Luckin’s typical small-format, pickup-led outlets.
Luckin Coffee also reported another quarter of double-digit revenue growth as the chain continued to expand its footprint.
