The new store concept is strongly influenced by Mediterranean culture and style and reflects the sustainable spirit of the brand.
The new Düsseldorf store features warm tones and neutral colours alongside traditional, artisan, sustainable and natural materials including ceramics, tuff, wood, marble, esparto and leather. Also reflecting the brand’s sustainability efforts is eco-efficient lighting and air conditioning and sustainable natural paints.
Jan Rivera, Creative and Image Director, comments: “Through this new store concept we wanted to reflect the essence of the brand. Mediterranean culture is part of everything we do as a brand and who are behind it, so we wanted to approach our customers with this philosophy.”
The store, which will open in March, occupies an area of 1,400sq m and is located in the Kö-Bogen building, which is also referred to as the ‘green building’ due to its large mass of vegetation that cover the store’s façade.
