Dubai General Properties (DGP) has unveiled Marriott Residences Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai through marketing and sales partners Driven Properties and Refine.
The freehold branded residential community, located in Dubai, has a gross development value of AED900M. The development aims to combine living spaces with Marriott’s service standards. The off-plan development is now open for sale, targeting the demand for upmarket living spaces in Dubai’s real estate market.
The residences will serve buyers seeking “a modern product, heartfelt service and enriching experiences,” according to the statement. The project offers 110 residences, available in two and three-bedroom as well as duplex formats, with sizes starting from 1,250sq ft. Amenities include access to lounge areas, concierge services, dining options, meeting rooms, a gym, a swimming pool and retail shops, all operated by Marriott.
