Implanted in more than 1,500 French organic stores, pharmacies and drugstores, Melvita the brand of organic care continues to strengthen its network of boutiques. In June, Melvita will open its seventh French boutique and settle in the Forum des Halles in Paris. This opening comes two months after the inauguration of a store in the shopping center Italie 2 in Paris.
With the Parisian shop Les Halles, Melvita will invest a catchment site in full renewal (with the upcoming arrival of Victoria’s Secret …), with significant traffic. This time, Melvita will flourish on 40 square meters, an area located at Porte Berger, level -3 of the Forum, which include such brands as Bourjois or Adopt’. Melvita is also rapidly expanding its network of boutiques in Asia. It has 36 stores in Japan, which is now its first market, or a dozen in Hong Kong, where the group L’Occitane International is also rated.
Under the umbrella of the L’Occitane International group in 2008 (L’Occitane en Provence, Erboran …), Melvita now has 61 stores worldwide and has annual growth ranging from 15% to 20%. For its part, in 2018/2019, L’Occitane International recorded a turnover of 1.436 billion euros, showing growth of 8.7%.
