The premium lingerie brand opens a branch in the Cologne middle street. The company has rented a total of 140 m² at number 12-14. The area is to be taken over in the third quarter, the opening is expected in late August.
The former user of the shop is the brand “Yves Delorme”, which moves its location to Mittelstraße 42. Owner of the property with the future Mey branch is a Family Office. JLL advised and completed the deal.
