Mike Barry has resigned

The Sustainability Director, Mike Barry, has announced plans to step down from leading Marks & Spencer’s ‘Plan A’ strategy. Mike posted on his LinkedIn account, confirming that he will be departing, with his last day being June 30. After 14 years working in the retailer’s sustainability team.

Marks & Spencers’ current head of sustainable business Carmel McQuaid will replace him as the new sustainability director. Barry has not yet stated what he is doing or where he is going, but said that he would be taking the summer off before announcing his next move.
