The Brazilian cosmetics firm Natura was always recognised in Argentina for its reseller system, which during the pandemic began a transformation process towards greater digitalisation.

Now, the company is implementing one more step in this innovation through the implementation of “social commerce”, through which each reseller not only has its digital catalogue, but also a “natura keyboard”, which is a tool that improves the efficiency of WhatsApp sales and a personalised store with Live Shopping.

This was detailed by Natura’s commercial manager to the Cordoban media Infonegocios. There, the expert also detailed that this new form of direct sales focuses on creating collaborative networks of online sellers and on “the development of an ecosystem of platforms to reach consumers”.

In turn, Natura confirmed its plan to continue with its expansion plan for physical stores in Argentina. Although the initial plan is to continue positioning itself in Buenos Aires, by 2024 they will seek to establish themselves in new places in the interior of the country, with Córdoba as the first destination.
