FACTORY outlet centres across Poland, operated by NEINVER, are gaining momentum with new store openings and significant expansions from long-standing retail partners.
The latest updates to the brand portfolio, totaling nearly 2,200sq m of added retail space, underscore outlet retail’s growing appeal and NEINVER’s commitment to supporting brand growth.
FACTORY Krakow, the largest outlet in southern Poland, has strengthened its premium fashion mix with several new openings. Made in M., featuring brands from the MaxMara Fashion Group, such as MaxMara, Marella, Max&Co and Pennyblack, brings elevated womenswear and accessories to the centre.
Baldinini, the prestigious Italian premium footwear brand and Wellensteyn, a German outerwear label, also joined the line-up. These additions reinforce FACTORY Kraków’s strong premium segment, which already includes Karl Lagerfeld, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Lacoste.
Over 60 per cent of the centre’s retail mix is made up of international brands, including global sportswear leaders Nike, Adidas, Puma and New Balance. Within this context, the American iconic brand GAP will make its debut in early summer, bringing its signature casual fashion for women, men and children to the centre.
In total, the new openings will cover more than 700sq m of additional retail space, further enhancing FACTORY Kraków’s appeal as a destination for premium and international brands.
Three popular retailers are expanding at FACTORY Poznan. Levi’s will soon unveil a redesigned space twice the size of its previous store, covering more than 350sq m. Italian brand Calzedonia is growing to over 400sq m, introducing a refreshed store concept and broader offer. Meanwhile, Polish leather goods brand Puccini will also increase its footprint to 100sq m, adding apparel and accessories to its line of bags and travel gear.
At FACTORY Annopol, New Balance will expand into a new 300sq m store with an updated interior and wider product selection. Additional store debuts and upgrades are planned in the coming months, reflecting the centre’s dynamic growth.
FACTORY Ursus is adding more fashion and F&B. Following its success at Annopol, Mother Earth, a lifestyle brand offering neutral-toned, comfort-focused fashion for families, will open a 100sq m store. On the F&B side, local bakery-café Gorąco Polecam is introducing a 180sq m space with exterior-facing windows. More dining options are expected later this year, reinforcing Ursus’s evolving role in Warsaw’s urban mix.
FACTORY Gliwice continues to build on strong performance. The latest arrivals include one of Poland’s largest Mountain Warehouse stores (700sq m), a 200sq m Guess Accessories boutique and a 300sq m Jack & Jones unit, joining Polish fashion names like Giacomo Conti, Monnari and Franco Feruzzi. The centre will soon add three more stores totalling 1,500sq m, along with 400sq m of new F&B space. With rising footfall from both Silesia and Czech Republic visitors, FACTORY Gliwice continues to demonstrate its growing performance.
