Award-winning contemporary Japanese restaurant NOZOMI has officially opened in Oman with the launch of NOZOMI Muscat at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort.
Founded in London in 2004 by restaurateur Marios George, NOZOMI has grown into a globally recognised lifestyle dining brand, with established outposts in London, Doha, Riyadh and Al Khobar, alongside pop-ups in Monaco and Cannes. Each location is known for blending contemporary Japanese cuisine with a high-energy, music-driven atmosphere.
At its Muscat debut, NOZOMI introduces its signature modern Japanese menu with subtle European influences, placing sushi at the centre of the experience. The offering spans precision-led nigiri, premium seafood rolls and refined presentations designed to emphasise both technique and visual appeal.
The wider menu features the brand’s established signatures, including black cod, wagyu beef and lobster tempura, alongside creative vegetarian options. The Muscat venue will also introduce NOZOMI Teppanyaki, an interactive dining format where chefs prepare dishes live using a dedicated à la carte teppan menu, adding a theatrical element to the experience.
