P-Three, the retail, leisure and placemaking agency, has been appointed alongside GCW by LLDC to let Riverside East, a unique hospitality and leisure destination at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London.
Riverside East comprises c. 14,000sq ft of high quality, flexible internal space across two floors, as well as c. 27,000sq ft of outdoor space.
The ground floor includes a café and bar, fully fitted kitchen and back-of-house storage facilities, while the first floor features an expansive event space that is complemented by a large catering kitchen and a stunning roof terrace overlooking Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, creating an ideal setting for locals, students, visitors, Westfield shoppers, office occupiers, corporate events, team away days and private celebrations.
The extensive outdoor space provides significant scope for al fresco dining, seasonal activations and event-led experiences that can support everything from pop-ups and food trucks to larger-scale events, as well as offering the potential to operate as a fan zone during concerts, matchdays and major events.
Located beside London Stadium and at the foot of the iconic ArcelorMittal Orbit, Riverside East occupies a prominent position within one of London’s fastest-growing destination districts. The Park attracts 20 million visits annually, including audiences attending more than 35 major events at London Stadium each year.
The wider Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is also undergoing significant growth, with around 5,500 homes set to be built on the Park directly and 14,000 students across 10 universities already studying there. Just a short walk from Stratford station, Riverside East benefits from direct access to 10 rail and Tube lines, connecting the destination with London and beyond.
