The budget fashion retailer to open its first Saudi store at The Avenues, Riyadh in March 2027 as Gulf expansion accelerates.
Primark will open its first-ever store in Saudi Arabia in March 2027 as the international fashion retailer accelerates its expansion across the Gulf following successful launches in Dubai and Kuwait.
The new flagship store will be located at The Avenues in Riyadh and operated in partnership with Alshaya Group, the companies announced on Thursday.
It will make Saudi Arabia Primark’s fifth market in the region and its 22nd worldwide. Alshaya said further Primark stores are expected to follow in the Kingdom.
The move comes after Primark opened its first three UAE stores at Dubai Mall, City Centre Mirdif and Mall of the Emirates earlier this year. Thousands of shoppers attended the Dubai launches, according to the company, following the retailer’s regional debut in Kuwait last October.
