The French luxury department store retailer is supporting enterprise operations at its US flagship site in the Big Apple.
Printemps opened its first (and to date, only) US outpost, at One Wall Street in a landmark Art Deco building in Manhattan’s Financial District, in April 2025. Since its debut, the store has run on the Jesta I.S. Vision suite of ERP software.
The retailer is running Jesta I.S. solutions managing workflows including merchandising ERP, mobile store inventory management and analytics at the New York flagship in an effort to streamline operations, enable data-driven decision-making and support its strategic expansion in the American market.
In 2024, Printemps selected Jesta technology following a comprehensive evaluation of more than 30 software vendors, with advisory support from Jesta partner Sophelle, a global retail management consultancy. The Jesta Vision Suite now underpins core merchandising, inventory and analytics processes at the store.
“Printemps New York is where French curation meets American hospitality,” said Thierry Prevost, CEO of Printemps New York. “Since going live, Jesta’s retail technology has become a critical enabler of our operations – bringing structure, visibility and efficiency to a highly curated and complex retail environment. The system is already helping our teams work smarter and deliver on the elevated experience we promise our customers.”
Printemps New York is an immersive destination that blends retail, hospitality, dining and curated experiences. Printemps owns nearly all inventory across the store floor and approximately 25 per cent of the brands featured are exclusive to the US market, giving the store unique positioning.
In addition to obtaining real-time data updates and a single source of enterprise data, Printemps gains capabilities including demand planning, allocation, replenishment, price management, financials and sales audit to help support SKU-level inventory tracking and profitability analysis at its New York store.
