The new 120 M2 Cofix Street Food Store like the Brand itself is based on Stylish simplicity. It is a ‘no nonsense’ solution founded on modularity and clarity of purpose. Clear zoning and spatial definition allow for introduction of new three-function counter for street food offer. Upon entering the colour palette of the interior is a subtle blend of the Brand’s Black, white and grey with a striking accent of Orange reflecting Cofix’s active urban dynamic culture. The Cofix fit-out and equipment were designed to operate on a plug and play basis with maximum ease of installation, assembly and relocation. The entire system can be easily sourced anywhere in the world and built quickly, efficiently and economically which is extremely important for Cofix’s franchisees. Cofix, the popular Israeli coffee chain know for its fixed price menus. Cofix has 152 branches in Israel and opened over 270 stores in Russia from 2016 to 2021. Partnering with Cofix in Russia, Satesh Melwani, c.e.o. of Melsons Group, and brothers Mikhail and Grigory Pechersky of the ADG Group development firm, the chain plans to open 700 stores in Russia with expansion to other countries by 2025.
