The trendsetting Apgujeong neighbourhood is home to the inaugural Casa Loewe unit, which has made its grand debut, adding a touch of Spanish sophistication to the bustling streets of Gangnam.
Nestled within a sleek 433sq m, three-storey retail haven, Casa Loewe is LVMH’s 14th architectural storefront in South Korea and offers an array of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear garments, accessories and lifestyle offerings from the buzzy luxury brand.
The Casa Loewe’s exterior is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, with a monolithic green façade crafted from individually handmade Spanish tiles that capture the essence of the brand’s heritage.
Stepping inside, visitors are enveloped in a world of design where light dances with shadow and natural textures create a harmonious backdrop for Loewe’s unparalleled creations. Curated with an eye for artistic excellence, the store showcases a carefully selected ensemble of artworks, personally chosen by its creative director.
Among these artworks is the Loewe Foundation Craft Prize 2022-winning masterpiece, “A Time of Sincerity” by the talented Korean artist Dahye Jeong, alongside a large-scale bamboo sculpture by Tanabe Chikuunsai IV.
