Sheikh Hamdan Launches Free Dubai Mallathon

Dubai Mallathon returns from 15 June with free walking, running and fitness activities across six malls, offering residents a cool way to stay active.

Dubai residents and visitors will be able to walk, run and take part in free fitness activities across six major shopping malls this summer as Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai directed the launch of the second edition of Dubai Mallathon.

The initiative, which begins on 15 June and runs until 15 September 2026, will transform participating malls into indoor fitness destinations, offering air-conditioned spaces for exercise, community activities and family-friendly programmes during the hottest months of the year.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, directed the launch of the initiative as part of broader efforts to encourage physical activity, improve public health and enhance quality of life.

The six participating malls are Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Mirdif City Centre, Dubai Festival City Mall, Deira City Centre and Dubai Hills Mall.
