Yareal Polska continues to expand the retail and service offering of its flagship mixed-use development in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district.
The tenant roster at SOHO by Yareal has been strengthened by the addition of pet supplies retailer Maxi Zoo, ceramics workshop Alike Pottery Studio and coffee distributor Unroasted. Under the newly signed lease agreements, Yareal has leased nearly 500sq m of functional retail space located on the ground floors of the development’s buildings.
Maxi Zoo Polska is a pet supplies retail chain owned by Germany’s Fressnapf Group, specialising in pet food and accessories. The company operates more than 175 brick-and-mortar stores across Poland, as well as an online store. Maxi Zoo offers over 8,000 products from well-known brands at affordable prices, alongside exclusive private-label ranges including Premiere, Select Gold, Real Nature and Dogs Creek. The new Maxi Zoo store at SOHO by Yareal will occupy more than 150sq m of retail space on the ground floor of the SOHO 10 building, with direct frontage onto ul. Żupnicza. The opening is scheduled for early October this year.
Located next door, also within the SOHO 10 building, Alike Pottery Studio will open a new ceramics workshop dedicated to pottery enthusiasts. The studio caters both to those who treat ceramics as a relaxing hobby and to individuals seeking professional training before opening their own workshop. At SOHO by Yareal, Alike Pottery Studio will offer pottery and ceramics workshops, educational courses and a retail area featuring ceramics-related accessories. The studio will occupy nearly 130sq m of functional space and is expected to open in October this year. It will be the brand’s third location in Warsaw.
