The Danish retailer Søstrene Grene is now also present at the Luisenforum in Wiesbaden with one of its branches. The extensive and constantly changing range includes furniture, decorative items, home accessories and do-it-yourself products. The new store of Søstrene Grene with an area of around 220 square meters is located on the ground floor of the Luisenforum directly on the Kirchgasse.
As in every shop of the chain, which was founded in 1973, Wiesbaden attaches great importance to a pleasant atmosphere and a special presentation of the products. Søstrene Grene means “the sisters Grene” and goes back to an idea of the two founders Inger Grene and Knud Cresten Vaupell Olsen, who gave their concept the name “The wonderful world of Anna and Clara”.
The two fictional personalities of the sisters are based on historical figures from the Grene family and stand for creativity and aesthetics as well as practical sense and organizational talent. As fictional advisors, Anna and Clara accompany customers with tips and ideas both in the shops themselves and on the company’s website.
