SQRL Acquires 210 Stores

Little Rock, Ark.-based gas station and convenience store company SQRL said it has acquired 210 stores throughout the U.S. SQRL did not disclose the name of the seller.

The acquisition brings SQRL’s total count  to more than 350 across 14 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

“By expanding our network of fuel stations, SQRL will enhance convenience for our customers who rely on our locations for their daily commute or long-distance journeys,” said Blake Smith, founder and chairman of SQRL. “Our new stores will be seamlessly integrated into SQRL’ s existing infrastructure, ensuring a smooth transition to service our customers.”
