Stokrotka is to become the food anchor of the Sukcesja shopping centre in Łódź with a 1,100sq m store and will take over the space vacated by Piotr I Paweł, which closed due to the chain’s current financial restructuring.
The Stokrotka chain is owned by Maxima Grupė and opened around 100 new stores last year. It now comprises almost 600 stores.
Sukcesja comprises a total are of around 128,000sq m with a leasable area of 45,000 sqm. The centre has a nine-screen Helios multiplex and a two-level car park for over 1,000 vehicles. The centre is owned by Fabryka Biznesu.
