SUPA Uzbek Culinary House is set to launch in September at the Millennium Al Barsha Hotel in Dubai, marking an expansion of its successful concept from Saudi Arabia.
The new establishment aims to introduce authentic Uzbek cuisine to the UAE, enhancing the local dining landscape with its unique offerings.
The name SUPA is derived from the traditional Uzbek raised platform, symbolising family gatherings and shared meals, which is central to the restaurant’s ethos.
With a focus on warm hospitality and halal dining, the venue seeks to create a communal atmosphere infused with elements of nature.
The menu has been thoughtfully curated to cater to Dubai’s diverse population, incorporating classic Uzbek dishes while also integrating Middle Eastern influences.
Highlights include Uzbek plov, a rice dish rich in flavour, along with samsa and cheburek, both traditional pastries. Charcoal-grilled kebabs, freshly baked bread and a range of homemade desserts will also feature prominently.
