South Korean fragrance brand Tamburins has opened a Daikanyama flagship store, as the company adds its fifth location in Tokyo.
Described as a “fairytale-like world”, the two-level site features a 13m sculpture of a dachshund dog.
“Experience a sensory space where scent and space intertwine,” Tamburins added. The store’s opening includes an exclusive egg perfume and “special gift items”.
Founded in Seoul in 2017 as a beauty-focused affiliate of Iicombined, the parent company of eyewear brand Gentle Monster, Tamburins is led by Hankook Kim. Its first flagship store opened in Seoul’s Sinsa-dong district.
Elsewhere in the store is a photo booth, a lounge space and large display areas. The flagship stocks the full range of Tambruins products, the company said.
