Two global fashion and footwear brands, Crocs and Hollister, have officially signed to open stores at The Boulevard, in a double announcement that delivers two landmark ‘firsts’ for the Banbridge outlet.
Known worldwide for its instantly recognisable Classic Clog, Crocs will open its first ever NI store on 11 September, taking a 1,733sq ft unit at Northern Ireland’s only premier designer outlet. With its expanding collections of clogs, sandals, trainers and accessories, the global footwear brand’s arrival gives NI shoppers the chance to shop an extensive Crocs footwear range close to home for the very first time.
Hollister is also set to make history as it plans to open its first ever outlet store on the island of Ireland in October at Banbridge-based scheme. Bringing its quality apparel, accessories and fragrance to a new outlet audience, the new store will mark the brand’s second physical store in Northern Ireland, but its first as an outlet offering.
Both signings reinforce The Boulevard’s reputation as a home for brand ‘firsts’, joining an extensive range of retailers who have chosen the scheme for their first or only location, including kate spade ny, IKEA, French Connection, Adidas, Levi’s, Vila, BPerfect and tri-brand outlet store TFG London, which opened earlier this year, combining Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles under one roof.
The double announcement comes as The Boulevard enjoys its most successful trading period to date. The shopping outlet entered 2026 having recorded its fourth consecutive best year of sales and footfall on record, with total sales in 2025 up +11.5 per cent and footfall increasing by +12.3 per cent year-on-year, reinforcing its position as one of the region’s leading retail destinations.
Located along the main A1 corridor between capital cities Belfast and Dublin, The Boulevard attracts both local and cross border visitors. The shopping destination was recently sold to the Frasers Group by Lotus Property, who remain asset managers for the scheme.
Paul McCann, Asset Manager at Lotus Property, said: “The arrival of Crocs and Hollister is a major endorsement of The Boulevard’s continued success and its strength in the retail market. These signings build on a continued record trading period and underline the scheme’s ability to attract leading global brands. The Boulevard is now known for a growing line up of stores shoppers can’t find elsewhere, which really sets it apart in a competitive market.”
