Scheduled to open in spring 2020, The Londoner will offer a multifaceted experience through its 350 exquisite rooms and suites, tailored lifestyle facilities infused with London character and variety of bespoke meeting and event spaces including a state-of-the-art grand ballroom which can accommodate up to 864 guests.
The ballroom, which is 6092 sq feet, will offer an unmatched culinary dining experience coupled with exceptional customer service, while two private screening rooms will also be accessible for private hire. Spanning 15 storeys and located in London’s legendary Leicester Square, The Londoner is boutique in feeling yet staggering in scale. This new super boutique will offer intuitive service alongside spectacular interior design, delivering a one of its kind premium luxury offering by inviting each visitor to curate their own experiences.

The Ballroom is a luxurious yet contemporary venue space, making it one of the most exciting new openings for business travellers and those looking for the perfect venue for their special occasion. With its impressive capacity, enabling it to host up to 864 guests, it can be seamlessly transformed for an array of functions from corporate meetings and private dinners to weddings and award ceremonies, amongst others.
With service excellence deeply embedded into the ethos of the hotel, The Ballroom includes premium fittings throughout this stunning social space and is equipped to cater for any entertainment event request from live bands and game shows to theatre productions and performances.
Transformational meeting spaces

Offering a variety of elegant and inspiring work environments from The Gallery’s seven meeting rooms to 33 syndicate rooms, all in different shapes and sizes to host a variety of groups and requirements.
Delegates can also simply text EDWARD, Edwardian Hotels London’s AI chatbot, for all support from ordering refreshments and adjusting running orders, to requesting assistance with AV equipment. Built-in assisted machine learning using Natural Language Understanding (NLU) means more than 1,600 requests can be responded to in different languages. The hotel will have a seven-day menu selection for its meetings and events delegates, as part of a significant investment across Edwardian Hotels London’s wider delegate offering.
