Tough Mudder Middle East will take place at The Sevens Stadium on 31 October, featuring its signature 5K, 12+ obstacles, Kids by Spartan and an invitation for participants to get creative with their race-day attire.
The event is managed by ITP Sport and brings together obstacle challenges, endurance and teamwork through its signature race format.
With a reputation for bringing people together through physical challenges, Tough Mudder stands apart from traditional race formats. The event is built around teamwork and shared achievement, with obstacles designed to encourage participants to support one another throughout the course.
At the centre of the event is the Tough Mudder 5K, open to participants aged 14 and above. The course features more than 12 obstacles, combining running with climbing, crawling, strength and water-based challenges. Participants can expect established Tough Mudder obstacles including Arctic Enema, Electroshock Therapy and Hydrophobia, alongside Pyramid Scheme, Hero’s Wall and Everest.
The format is designed to welcome both first-time participants and experienced Mudders, offering a challenge that can be taken on at an individual pace while encouraging teams to work together across the course.
