Located on Tauentzienstrasse, a central and popular shopping street in Berlin, the new store occupies a space of 90sq m.
In 1884, the Swiss pioneer Karl Elsener founded his cutler’s business. A few years later, he paved the way for an unparalleled company history by developing the legendary Original Swiss Army Knife. Today, Victorinox produces and sells unique, high quality products worldwide which are of practical use in differing areas of life including Swiss Army Knives, Cutlery, Watches, Travel Gear and Fragrances.
Victorinox has been present in the German market since the launch of their Cologne store in 2017. Carl Elsener, Victorinox Chief Executive Officer commented: “We have been investing in our own retail stores at selection locations since 2008 in order to bring our brand and the entire Victorinox product world to life. Germany is our most important foreign market in Europe, our products are particularly valued here because of their quality. Berlin has been on our wish list for a long time. We are happy to have found the right location and to be able to open the brand store.”
