Located only 15 minutes from the city centre, Vonder Munich comprises 331 beautifully designed and self-contained studio apartments. As an all-in-one product, the apartments are fully furnished and the monthly rent includes all utility bills and WiFi. Ranked as one of the most liveable cities in the world, Munich has a growing number of young renters, making it a key location in Vonder’s global expansion strategy.
The all-in-one concept has been a groundbreaking success for Vonder, with Vonder Wembley, a UK Flagship, reaching over 85 per cent occupancy since its completion at the end of last year.
