Watsons has launched a retail pharmacy eConsultation service in Singapore, allowing customers to get professional healthcare advice online.
Accessible via the Watsons website and mobile app, the service connects users with certified Watsons pharmacists for free, personalised consultations on minor ailments, travel health and guidance on supplements and medications.
After each consultation, customers receive clear recommendations with pricing details and can order products online for home delivery.
The service covers common non-emergency health issues such as coughs, colds and fever; digestive problems including diarrhoea and constipation; mouth and throat issues like sore throat and cold sores; eye conditions such as dry eye and allergic conjunctivitis; and skin and hair conditions, including eczema and hair loss.
Consultations are secure, confidential and typically last around 15 minutes. Customers purchasing pharmacy-only medications must present a valid photo ID.
