Wynn Al Marjan Island has introduced Townhomes, an exclusive accommodation offering situated within Enclave, its boutique hotel.
This latest addition offers a unique blend of privacy and accessibility at the heart of the resort, catering to discerning guests who seek a luxurious experience alongside the destination’s vibrancy at their doorstep. The significance of this launch lies in its potential to redefine ultra-private hospitality in the region.
The Townhomes, reminiscent of aristocratic urban mansions found in Paris (hôtels particuliers), feature layouts ranging from 630sq m for two-bedroom options to 1,110sq m for four-bedroom configurations, each spanning two levels.
“Townhomes move beyond the traditional idea of a villa or penthouse,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer, Wynn Design & Development. “This is an entirely different category of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting.”
Designed to exude warmth and authenticity, the accommodations boast expansive primary suites, dedicated private spa facilities and multiple elegant salons for living and entertaining. The architectural finesse is evident in soaring vaulted ceilings and grand staircases, enhancing the sense of luxury.
Each Townhome includes a fully enclosed courtyard with a plunge pool and wellness facilities, creating a self-contained retreat Although not located in the main tower, these residences are part of the Enclave offering, which now comprises 323 accommodations, including suites and other estate options. This expansion underscores Wynns’ commitment to providing diverse and luxurious lodging solutions within the resort.
