Xiao Noodles Opens Overseas Flagship

Chinese quick-service restaurant Xiao Noodles has made an international debut with its first flagship in Singapore.

Established in 2014, Xiao Noodles is known for its Chongqing-style noodles and has more than 500 stores in China.

The Singapore restaurant, located at 313@Somerset, will offer regional staples and appetisers, including Red Bowl Noodle (mala noodles with peas and meat sauce), Golden Bowl Noodle (hot n’ sour noodles), Wonton Series and Maocai Hot Pot Series.

The outlet also marks the debut of the company’s systemised casual dining model, which combines standard and digital operations for improved efficiency and scalability.

Xiao Noodles says it is tapping into the global popularity of noodles and rising demand for spice as it looks to take Chongqing-style noodles to an international audience.

Song Qi, Founder and CEO of Xiao Noodles, said the Singapore flagship will serve as a blueprint for future international locations.

“From the streets of China to tables across the globe, this marks the official kickoff of our global vision,” he added.
