Zadig&Voltaire Reopens its Malibu Store

Following a lease expiry last year, the Zadig&Voltaire brand has just reopened a new store 300m away, within the new neighbouring Cross Creek Ranch complex.

A new development in Malibu, Cross Creek Ranch has been expanding the retail and dining offerings at Malibu Country Mart for the past few months by attracting ready-to-wear brands – a mix of California institutions and emerging labels such as California Incline, Frame, Frankies Bikinis, Ray-Ban, The Great, Kith and Mad Happy – as well as trendy restaurants like Pura Vida Miami and Clark’s Oyster Bar. Also opening soon are stores for Guest In Residence, Gigi Hadid’s brand and Birkenstock.

“Cross Creek Ranch offers a uniquely dynamic setting, at the intersection of nature, luxury and community, which aligns perfectly with our identity,” says the brand. “The space allows us to deliver a more elevated and immersive experience for our clients, while remaining deeply connected to the spirit of Malibu.”

The new Zadig&Voltaire boutique is part of a whole new wave of retail excitement, joining the brand’s four other locations in Century City, Abbott Kinney in Venice, Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks within the Bloomingdale’s department store.

“Malibu resonates with the spirit of Zadig&Voltaire,” explains Thierry Gillier, the label’s founder. “It has this effortless freedom – relaxed yet sophisticated – that reflects the way we see style and lifestyle. I’m thrilled for us to join this community and continue writing our story in Los Angeles.”
