The mixed-use project, brought to Bahrain by Seef Properties is expected to open by Quarter 1, 2021.
Rooted in Arabian culture, the name Al Liwan reflects cohesion, unity and togetherness, characteristics that will be carried through into the project, with the intention being to provide a space to gather with a family atmosphere.
The first-of-its-kind project is located in Hamala, and will offer a combination of shopping, entertainment and housing facilities across its 122,000sq m area. The development will consist of a variety of restaurants, cafes and retail stores together with 117 residential units. There will also be seven cinema halls, a family entertainment centre (FEC) and open green spaces, waterfronts and boulevards.
The heart of the project is the Central Plaza, a spacious courtyard linked to all points of the development and designed for public gatherings and entertainment.
