Attendees of ICSC Lass Vegas will next year have a new hotel to stay in and it will include a revolutionary retail configuration.
The upcoming Fontainebleau Las Vegas, which will be home to 3,700 rooms spread over 67 floors, will include a luxury shopping experience that will attract traffic by being situated next to or directly above its 173,000sq ft casino, its restaurant row and other day-long attractions.
“By blending different programmatic elements throughout Fontainebleau Las Vegas, rather than keeping them separate, window shopping and billboarding take on a whole new meaning,” said the hotel’s Development President Brett Mufson. “Our retail partners will capture more business organically while keeping guests connected to the overall experience.”
