Bvlgari Invest in Milan Flagship

Bvlgari, the historic Roman brand of the LVMH galaxy founded in 1884, has inaugurated a new flagship store in Milan, in via Montenapoleone 2.

Furthermore, the fashion house, through its Foundation created a year ago, has announced in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan a patronage project, the first in the Lombard capital, which will contribute to the expansion of the Museo del Novecento.

“With the opening of the new flagship store on Via Montenapoleone, we are experiencing a moment of great significance, not only for Bulgari, but also for Milan. After more than two years of commitment and dedication, we are proud to inaugurate our new Milanese ‘home’, a place that not only represents our commitment to excellence, but that tells a story rich in beauty, culture and art,” said Laura Burdese, Deputy CEO of Bulgari. “Entering the Bulgari boutique on Via Montenapoleone means immersing yourself in a design that evokes our Roman origins, skilfully intertwined with a tribute to the energy of Milan.”

The new flagship is spread over three floors, for a total of 750sq m, inside the historic Palazzetto Taverna Radice Fossati, a neoclassical masterpiece designed by Ferdinando Albertolli in 1835. Roman inspirations and Milan’s architectural heritage guide the interior design, which hosts the works of Luca Pignatelli and Fabio Viale – artists known for their ability to combine the classic with the contemporary – and includes creations by some of the greatest excellences of Made In Italy, including Venini and Barovier&Toso in the field of glassware, Pictalab for decoration, Damiani and Musiva for marble and Rubelli for textiles.
