Property group Simon has opened the first Premium Outlets Mall in Indonesia, located in Tangerang, near the western edge of Jakarta.
Inspired by the country’s archipelago, the shopping centre spans 302,000sq ft and incorporates design elements such as lush greenery, water features and shaded walkways.
The outlet features more than 150 international and local brands, such as Bally, Boss, Coach, Furla, Lacoste, Longchamp, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Kenzo, Versace, Swarovski, Tumi and The North Face.
Sporting brands include the first Adidas outlet store in Indonesia – the largest in Southeast Asia – alongside Nike, Converse, Hoka, Puma, New Balance, Reebok, Skechers and Under Armour. The centre also offers various international dining options.
Mark Silvestri, President of Development at Simon, said the new outlet aligns with the company’s international growth strategy. “We aim to offer shoppers exceptional value for the most sought-after brands while honouring Indonesia’s vibrant character,” he added.
