Milano Opens Flagship Store

The company has launched a new flagship store at Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, introducing a redesigned retail concept for future locations across Saudi Arabia.

The new store introduces a redesigned retail concept that will serve as the template for future Milano locations across the region. The flagship reflects a refreshed brand direction focused on improved product quality, enhanced comfort and upgraded craftsmanship. According to Alshaya Group, the concept aims to place the customer experience at the centre of store design while highlighting Milano’s evolving product offering.

The flagship store represents a shift in Milano’s retail strategy, presenting footwear and accessories collections within a modern retail environment designed to emphasise style, functionality and comfort. The design concept will be rolled out across future Milano stores as part of the brand’s broader development plans.

John Hadden, CEO of Alshaya Group, explained that the new store also carries symbolic significance for the company. The Milano brand was originally launched in Jeddah in 1994, with its first location opening at Tahlia Mall. Hadden indicated that returning to the city with the new flagship concept highlights the brand’s long-standing connection to the Saudi market.
