Armani Hotel Dubai Closes for Refurbishment

The Armani Hotel Dubai closed on 1 April for a full refurbishment and plans to reopen in the fourth quarter of 2026. Operator comments describe the works as a comprehensive, full scale programme that will shape the next phase of Armani hospitality.

Burj Khalifa loses one of its best known hotel assets during the closure, while Downtown Dubai gives up a branded luxury address that has traded at the centre of the district since 2010. Armani Hotels lists the property at 1 Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai and says the hotel occupies the concourse level through to the 39th floor of Burj Khalifa.

The hotel webpage show 160 guest rooms and suites, direct proximity to Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain and a dining and wellness offer built around the tower location. Armani Hotels also presents Dubai and Milano as the brand’s two hotel locations. Hotel pages keep the Dubai site live across stay, dine, wellness and events sections despite the suspension.

Armani Hotel Dubai has traded since 2010 as the first hotel to carry the Armani name. Dining pages position Armani/Ristorante, Armani/Hashi, Armani/Amal, Armani/Deli, Armani/Mediterraneo and Armani/Lounge as core parts of the asset, alongside Armani/Spa and branded residences inside the tower.

Armani Hotel Dubai says the refurbishment will preserve its signature style while reworking the guest experience for a future reopening.
