Bergen Town Center, located in Paramus, New Jersey, is adding six new tenants to its roster, including multiple eateries and fitness tenants that will join the likes of Whole Foods, Target and CVS.
The new arrivals come following the recent completion of upgrades at the property that included digital signage, new landscaping and fresh wayfinding.
“This combination of new concepts and upgraded offerings continues to elevate the experience at Bergen Town Center,” said Josh Birns, Senior VP of Leasing at Urban Edge Properties, which acquired the centre in 2015. “At our premier retail property, the priority is to deliver a best-in-class experience for both customers and tenants. These operators provide complementary uses and will drive new traffic while benefitting from their neighbours’ existing audience.”
Upcoming additions to Bergen Town Center include Elev8tion Fitness, Tatte Bakery & Café, Nail Art Spa, Pilates Addiction, Canton Rodeo and Swarovski.
First opened in 1957, Bergen Town Center spans two floors and more than 900,000sq ft. Urban Edge owns 73 properties, primarily on the East Coast, totalling 17.2 million square feet of gross leasable area.
