A well-known coffee shop will be moving into an empty unit in Hull’s Paragon Interchange next month. It has been revealed Costa Coffee is currently renovating a unit close opposite WH Smith, and will be open to customers in a few weeks. The firm has also announced it will be recruiting for eight members of staff in the city centre store.
A spokesman for Costa Coffee said: “Costa Coffee is pleased to confirm that our new store in Hull’s Paragon Interchange will be opening early May, and will be recruiting for eight new additions to the team. “We are looking forward to being an active part of the local community, getting involved with events, providing the store as a meeting place and helping with fundraising.”
Rival coffee firm Starbucks moved into one of the four newly created units earlier this year, after a £1.4m revamp to replace the former travel centre in the station. Further information about the opening of the Costa Coffee is set to be released in the coming weeks.
